Founded in 1993, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international organization that protects forests and sets quality standards for companies producing forest-based products. It is one of the most respected institutions in the recycling industry for measuring sustainability and quality. Retek is among the select recycling companies worldwide to hold the FSC Quality Certificate. With this certification, Retek produces a wide range of products made entirely from waste materials and fully compliant with recycling standards.
What is FSC-Certified Production?
FSC-certified production is classified into two categories: 1️⃣ Using expired or scrap wood as raw material, 2️⃣ Or, as Retek has successfully done for 34 years, producing entirely from waste materials as the sole raw input.
